Moles
We use traditional methods for the control of moles. This allows the customer to see evidence of success. We use different types of traps to ensure we get the best results in varied soil types. We check our traps every 24 hours and we're a member of "the Guild of British Molecatchers ". We cover small gardens to large estates. We can offer one-off site clearance to annual contracts.
Rats
Rats can be very persistent and will gnaw through most materials to get inside. If they do gain access into your home or business premises they can spread diseases, cause damage and contaminate food. Rats can cause other problems, so it's vital to eliminate a rat infestation as quickly as possible.
Mice
Finding mice in your home or business can be very distressing. Mice can spread diseases and cause damage to property while they go about finding food and shelter. Mice can multiply quickly which can increase the problem, so taking control of the infestation quickly is important.
Grey Squirrel
Grey squirrels can enter attics and chew alarm and electric cables leading to possible fires. They damage bird populations by stealing food and taking eggs and young birds. They also carry a disease that kills our native red squirrel. Grey squirrels are usually controlled by trapping and proofing of premises to prevent entry.
Rabbits
Rabbits cause damage to crops and gardens and their burrows can be dangerous to horses and cause subsidence. If after conducting an assessment and we decide control is needed, there are a number of options available. Fencing (electric and wire) can be effective although can also be costly. Gassing, shooting, snaring, trapping and ferreting are other options.
Wasps/Hornets
Queen wasps emerge from hibernation in early spring in search of a suitable nest site, commonly in loft spaces, air bricks, and outbuildings but will also construct nests in hedges and in the ground. Nests can contain many thousands of wasps, so it's safest not to approach. We do our best to offer a same-day service.
